➤ What programs / tools / brushes do you use?I use a mix of a Wacom 16in Pro Cintiq and an iPad Pro! I animate in Toon Boom Harmony & board in Storyboard Pro, and use the Adobe Suite + Procreate for other work! I typically make my own brushes or use default brushes in the previously mentioned programs.

➤ How can I commission you?I usually announce commission openings on my social media! I take commissions numerous times throughout the year, but don't have a defined time of when they'll be! I'll say what types of pieces I'm open for at that time during those announcements.If you would like to be added to a ping list/wait list for a commission, you may reach out via email or social media!

➤ How can I contact you?The best way to contact me is via email at [email protected]. I provide progress updates regularly on my Trello, but you may reach out with questions about your piece there! I also respond to Telegram or Toyhou.se messages.I will not discuss client work via Discord unless I announce a commission opening there. ✦ GENERAL ✦

➤ You, the commissioner, must agree to these terms before commissioning me. Paying for your commission means you have read and agreed to these terms. Failure to read these terms will not be my responsibility as the artist.➤ Terms are subject to change at any time.➤ You must be 18 years or older to commission work from me. I will not work with minors.➤ I do not work with hard deadlines. My queue typically takes 1 - 2 months to complete from start to finish. Queue is to be completed in order of which client has paid first and can be publicly viewed on Trello at any time.➤ I have the right to deny any commission without providing reason. I have the right to cancel a commission at any time. (See Payments & Refunds). I have the right to blacklist a topic or client without providing public reason.➤ I have the right to post my work wherever I decide for networking and promoting myself.➤ I have the right to draw in my own style, and will not heavily reference or take influence from another artist's style or work.➤ You do not have permission to tokenize any of the work you commission from me as an NFT.➤ You may not use my art for AI training or any sort of AI generated output.➤ You may not reference, trace, or color pick off of my work for any reason.➤ You may not upload my animated work in "meme/animator compilations/tributes" or "character/animation edits" on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or any and all pertaining websites.➤ You may not profit off of my work from character sales/trades. Example of this is selling a character/design with artwork I've created for value of that work, unless you commissioned it directly.

✦ USAGE POLICY ✦

➤ You are required to follow these usage terms even if you did not commission the piece.➤ Only the commissioner (or current owner of depicted character(s)) may use artwork produced for them.➤ The commissioner (or current character/artwork owner) may post the artwork on any website with proper credit given back to me, using one of my active and official links. If you are NOT the owner of the commission, you may NOT reupload it.➤ You may not use your piece for commercial use or merchandise purposes. For pieces that require licensing, please reach out.➤ You may use your piece for website/profile decor with proper visible credit.➤ You may not edit a commission to hide or remove my watermarks. Minor color changes/edits are alright.➤ You may not claim the artwork as your own regardless of how many edits have been made to a piece.

✦ PAYMENT & REFUNDS ✦

➤ I accept payment through PAYPAL IN USD. I will not accept any currencies other than USD. I will never accept cryptocurrencies as a form of payment.➤ FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT PREFERRED. I am open to other options if discussed prior to payment. Final piece will not be delivered until payment is completed.➤ THREE (3) MINOR revisions are permitted and may be requested during the sketching stage. Any revisions past approved sketches will cost 20% of total piece's cost and increase in increments of 5% with each revision requested. If you want changes, please let me know sooner than later!➤ Payment will be sent through PAYPAL INVOICE. Invoice must be paid within 72 HOURS of being issued. Failure to pay in time will result in the commissioner forfeiting their spot in the queue.➤ I will not fully refund a commission if it has passed the lining stage. Commissioners requesting a refund after the lining stage may receive a 50% refund. Anything past that point will NOT qualify for a refund.➤ I require a 72 HOUR WINDOW to issue a refund if it is requested. Chargebacks are not to be issued as it is the commissioner's responsibility to reach out if a refund is requested. Issuing a chargeback without contact subjects client to public blacklist from working with me in the future.➤ If a commissioner has requested a refund, the refunded work may be changed/repurposed from it's original state and resold for compensation of my time. I will never use a refunded work in it's original state for profit.

✦ WILLS & WON'TS ✦

Here is a list of things that I will draw and what I won't draw. Please pay careful attention to my strong suits & specifics. I am entitled to artistic liberty and the client should take that into consideration upon commissioning me.THINGS I WILL DRAW:➤ Feral or anthro animals & fantasy creatures, specifically canines & felines. (strong suit)➤ Human & humanoid characters➤ Minor instances of blood/violence (PG +13)➤ Select self insert or fan ocs (warrior cats, dungeons & dragons, some cartoons)➤ Romantic themes (minor public displays of affection)➤ Characters with natural color palettes, such as browns/reds, yellows, etc. (strong suit)➤ Neon/eye straining colors (slight aspects are fine, but this is not a strong suit)THINGS I WILL NOT DRAW:➤ Nsfw or suggestive poses of any sort depicting feral characters/animals or pokemon➤ Nsfw or suggestive poses of any sort depicting minors + characters with ambiguous ages; this includes if a character has been "aged up".➤ "babyfur" or "little" characters and themes associated to that topic.➤ Nsfw or suggestive material of non consensual/ambiguous consensual situations➤ Gore, guro, or heavy depictions of violence (RATED R)➤ Violent/hateful/bigoted themes of any kind, or usage of slurs.➤ Any political themes, including aspects relating to the police or military.➤ NFT assets or projects directly pertaining to NFT usage➤ Mecha/robotics (slight assets are fine, but this is not a strong suit)

➤ These terms and conditions apply to any and all designs created by me regardless of how they were obtained.➤ I strongly encourage users to upload their designs by me to toyhou.se upon purchase/obtaining by other means. Toyhou.se is an easy way to keep track of designs and you can credit me directly there. This also avoids the potential for scams. If you would like a toyhou.se code upon purchasing a design from me, feel free to ask!➤ If I see you breaking my terms I will redirect you to read over these terms & ownership rules again. If I see you breaking these terms & ownership rules numerous times, and you have been previously warned, you are subject to blacklist from commissioning me or purchasing a design from me in the future.Failure to read these terms will not be my responsibility.

✦ GENERAL GUIDELINES ✦

➤ Once you have paid for a character, you are free to trade, sell or gift that character to someone else.➤ All character sales are final. If you no longer desire a design, you may sell it for the same amount you purchased it for.➤ You are free to make and/or commission art of the design or make fursuit/fursuit parts for personal use.➤ You are free to make edits/changes to the design; this can be markings, colors, gender, or species as you wish. You MUST credit me as the original creator regardless of how many edits have been made.➤ You may NOT claim the original design and/or artwork as your own, under any circumstance. You are free to credit yourself to any edits you made, but NEVER the original design/artwork. If edits to the original artwork are made, you MUST keep a copy of the original design.➤ You may not remove my watermarks in any variation of the artwork; initial design or edits made to the original artwork.➤ You may not make copies of designs purchased from me with the intention to sell, this includes original/closed species, "breedables", or offpsring.➤ You do not have permission to tokenize any of the designs I make as NFTs or use them for that purpose.➤ You may not use my character designs for AI training in any shape or form.➤ Do not use characters designed by me for hatespeech, LGBTphobic or abelist uses. Doing this will result in a blacklist from purchasing designs and commissions by me.➤ Do not use characters designed by me in feral/zoo art, or "babyfur"/"little" uses. Doing so will result in a blacklist from purchasing designs and commissions by me.

✦ OWNERSHIP TRANSFERS ✦

➤ Please do not sell the design for more than what you purchased it for. This includes commissioned pieces. I strongly request that the seller does not profit directly profit off of my work. If you have questions, please reach out!➤ Traded designs can only be traded.➤ You must notify me of character transfers. You must have a Toyhou.se account in order to purchase my designs. If you do not have one, I will give you a key for the site!➤ You may not profit off of my work from character sales/trades. Example of this is selling a character/design with artwork I've created for value of that work, unless you commissioned it directly. Personal work may not be included in character sale/value, only what is purchased.➤ If you no longer own a design, you have no control of how the new owner uses the design unless it breaks my terms of service.➤ I will not enforce any trade/sale agreements that you made with the new/previous owner of a design.

➤ Prices of my work are calculated based on time spent on a piece and character/piece complexity. If you have any questions regarding cost, feel free to reach out upon contact of commission approval.➤ Upon a commission being approved, I will contact you via your chosen contact method with a final price. Upon approval, an invoice will be made.➤ For more examples, feel free to check my social media as I regularly post client work publicly!➤ If you are interested in a different style of piece that is not currently listed, reach out and we can discuss!

✦ STICKERS | $25+ ✦

➤ A flat colored sticker of your character drawn on a 1500 x 1500 canvas. Client will also receive the resized stickers.➤ Minimum of three (3) stickers per order is required.➤ Complex character designs may increase final cost.

✦ SYMMETRICAL HEADSHOTS | $65+ ✦

➤ A flat colored symmetrical headshot of your character on a 2000 x 2000 canvas. Majority of character will be drawn symmetrically, but able to make asymmetrical changes (ears, markings, 'hair' or fur 'tufts'.➤ Character head only; client has the option of adding a small accessory (bandana, hat, collar, etc), and/or character's name in stylized font.➤ Complex character designs may increase final cost.

✦ Busts | $90+ ✦

➤ A shoulders up, flat colored illustration of your character with your chosen expression over a gradient or simple patterned background. Anthro works best in this style.➤ Client has the choice of expression and background gradient/pattern colors, or may leave it up to artistic liberty.➤ Complex character designs may increase final cost.➤ Multiple characters can be discussed on a case by case basis.

✦ FULLBODY | $120+ ✦

➤ A full body flat colored illustration of your character on a solid or gradient background. Can be feral or anthro, and small 'props' can be added upon request.➤ Larger props, simple "ground", or gentle shading/lighting can be included for an additional fee.➤ Complex character designs may increase the final cost.➤ Multiple characters can be discussed on a case by case basis.
